Job summary

PropertyGuru is seeking a Business Analyst, Finance Transformation, to translate business needs into clear requirements and to drive solutions from concept to implementation. You’ll collaborate with Finance, Technology and external partners to analyse current processes, define future-state requirements and support testing and go-live.

The role includes developing UAT scenarios, coordinating user testing, maintaining traceability in Jira and Confluence, and ensuring a smooth handover to BAU.

Qualifications

• Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements through BRDs, user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria and supporting artefacts.
• Develop UAT scenarios and test cases based on agreed requirements and business processes.
• Coordinate user testing, track defects and validate fixes through to closure.

Responsibilities

• Engage Finance stakeholders to understand objectives, pain points, process gaps and outcomes.
• Clarify requirements with Technology teams and vendors and maintain traceability from need to solution.
• Support go-live readiness, implementation communications, process documentation and stabilisation.
• Maintain clear actions, decisions, risks and status updates in project tools.
