Job summary

PropertyGuru, Southeast Asia’s leading PropTech company, seeks a Business Analyst, Finance Transformation. You will translate business needs into clear requirements and support Finance, Technology and external partners to move ideas into implementation.

You will define future-state processes, coordinate testing, and ensure a controlled transition into BAU, under guidance from senior BAs on complex initiatives.

Qualifications

• Translate business needs into clear requirements and artefacts.
• Coordinate testing and go-live readiness for finance projects.
• Work with Finance, Technology and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Engage Finance stakeholders to understand objectives and pain points.
• Document business and functional requirements with BRDs and user stories.
• Clarify requirements with Technology teams and vendors; maintain traceability.
• Identify opportunities for simplification, standardisation and automation.
• Support future-state process design and testing through go-live.
