Toll Group in Malaysia is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead finance systems initiatives across the business. You will plan, execute and deliver finance projects on time and within budget, coordinating with Finance, IT and business stakeholders.
The role requires strong governance, risk management and benefits realization, with experience in Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery, and solid financial management capabilities.

Project Manager role will work within the Finance Systems Project Team to work with diverse stakeholders to drive change and automation across Finance. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing and finalizing projects according to timelines and within budget. They will be working to support successful project delivery of a number of Finance initiatives. They will ensure that requirements, processes and deliverables are clearly documented, understood and coordinated by the project delivery team, including Finance Business, IT Owners and Business Enterprise Service Managers.
Leads decision-making for projects, advises on complex decisions, and ensures alignment with business outcomes.
Develops strategies and leads stakeholder engagement, management, ensuring effective communication throughout the project delivery. Document change impact assessment and drive adoption of the new process.
Advises on resource management best practices, resolves conflicts, optimizes allocation, and trains team members
