Job summary

Great Eastern seeks an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud support professional to join our IT team in Kuala Lumpur. The role focuses on BAU and project support across Finance modules such as GL, AR, AP and FAH, and Procurement, ensuring smooth operations and timely issue resolution.

You will work with users and IT partners, participate in SIT and UAT, and help document defects and changes using JIRA/HP ALM, in a collaborative, security-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent
• Good command of English (written and spoken)
• At least 10 years' experience as a software engineer in BAU and enhancements for Oracle Fusion Cloud/EBS
• Familiar with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Oracle Cloud certifications in ERP or Procurement
• Experience in software development, business analysis, test management, with some project management
• Experience with test automation and scripting
• Willingness to travel short duration to Singapore if required

Responsibilities

• BAU and project support for Oracle Fusion Cloud/EBS Finance and Procurement modules
• Manage and assess impact of issues and enhancement requests from users or source IT teams
• Involvement in SIT and UAT support
• Participate in technical discussions with users or source system IT support
• Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and HP ALM
• Follow through resolution or establish resolution plan
• Ensure compliance with project management standards and best practices
• Other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor or manager
