Prudential is seeking a Finance Business Support professional to provide L1 support for finance systems (Coupa, Oracle, SmartStream) and to assist with basic reporting and analytics. The role acts as the primary contact for business users, logs and triages incidents, and supports data extraction for Power BI dashboards.

The candidate will collaborate with finance and IT teams, maintain SOPs, and help ensure SLA adherence.

Qualificações

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, IT, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first-level (L1) support for finance systems (Coupa, Oracle, SmartStream) and act as SPOC for business users.
