Job summary

Oracle Fusion HCM Core – Second Level Support Consultant is sought to provide operational support for Oracle HCM Cloud applications, managing production incidents and ensuring smooth module functioning.

You will collaborate with business users, perform root cause analysis, implement fixes, and support ongoing maintenance, enhancements and configurations, while adhering to ITIL processes and best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud production support
• Strong knowledge of Global Core HR, Absence Management, Comp & Benefits
• Experience in ITIL-based support environments

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 production support for Oracle Fusion HCM modules
• Handle incident management, service requests, and issue resolution
• Perform root cause analysis and implement fixes
• Collaborate with business users to resolve functional and technical issues
• Support system maintenance, enhancements and configurations
• Adhere to ITIL processes and support standards
• Participate in periodic system health checks and reporting
