Responsibilities

• Support the finance systems for Purchase to Procurement (P2P), Source to Contracts (S2C) and Travel and Expenses (T&E).
• Review and resolve system tickets and inquiries received through shared mailboxes.
• Assist in preparing routine operational reports, including triggered-form checks, approval routing validations, data sync reviews, and system error reports.
• Support supplier or contract data validation, uploads, and updates across various organization and contract management platforms.
• Monitor workflow progress, identify items stuck in approval or validation steps, and follow up with relevant stakeholders.
• Help maintain data accuracy by performing system checks, reconciliation activities, and basic troubleshooting.
• Assist with user support activities such as document uploads, access requests, and general administrative tasks.
• Participate in testing system enhancements, new features, or configuration changes.
• Support ad-hoc tasks, process improvement initiatives, and documentation updates assigned by the team.
