Job summary

IBM in Malaysia (Petaling Jaya) is seeking a Finance & Administration Delivery - Procure to Pay/ T&E (Japanese or Korean Speaker). The Process Analyst will handle invoice processing, vendor master management, query resolution, indexing, and reconciliation.

Shifts may be required to cover business needs. The role requires 2–4 years in Accounts Payable, experience with invoices, vendor management, and reconciliation, and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Commerce graduate with 2–4 years' experience in Accounts Payable.
• Experience in invoice and vendor management, query resolution, and reconciliation.
• Proficient in payment reporting and reconciliation activities.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices (PO and non-PO) and manage payment requests.
• Maintain Vendor Master data and ensure data accuracy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for coding, approvals, and issue resolution.
• Adhere to SLAs and deadlines for postings in accounting software.
• Handle Travel and Expense claims processing and reimbursements.
