Job summary

GSK in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia is seeking a Finance Analyst (Purchase to Pay) intern for Feb/Mar 2027 to Aug/Sept 2027. This full-time on-site position offers exposure to procure-to-pay processes, data accuracy, and process improvements within a global biopharma environment.

You will analyze vendor data in SAP Ariba, support P2P workflow enhancements, and gain experience across finance software while developing business Japanese language skills; English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Finance/Accounting; must be enrolled at university.
• English fluency in written and spoken.
• Internship duration: minimum 6 months (Feb 2027–Sept 2027).
• Currently pursuing degree during the program.

Responsibilities

• Analyze vendor master data in SAP Ariba to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with team to improve P2P workflow, increasing accuracy and efficiency.
• Investigate aging items and resolve discrepancies with vendors and users.
• Support system/process development and update documentation.
• Provide language support in Japanese for team lead (advantageous).
• Assist team with daily activities to improve team effectiveness.
