Job summary

CAN-CARE HEALTH SYSTEMS (M) SDN BHD is seeking an Assistant Finance Manager on a 6-month contract to manage the accounting and finance functions for Singapore and Malaysia entities. The role covers group reporting, monthly consolidation, cash flow forecasting, and preparation of management information.

You will work with the General Manager on financial planning, budgeting, and performance analysis, while supporting Sales & Marketing on pricing, quotations, and contracts.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent.
• 4–5 years of relevant finance and accounting experience.
• Experience in Group reporting, consolidation, and cash flow management preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Group financial reporting, monthly consolidation, and cash flow forecasting.
• Prepare and present financial reports, business performance updates, and management information.
• Collaborate with General Manager on financial planning, budgeting, and strategic initiatives.
• Provide support to Sales & Marketing including pricing, quotations, billing, invoicing, and contracts.
• Ensure compliance with GST regulations, Group policies, and internal controls.
• Liaise with auditors, bankers, tax agents, and corporate secretarial service providers.
