Job summary

PERSOL Workforce Solutions Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the finance team and ensure accurate reporting, compliance, and strategic planning. The role is a 6-month contract based in Taman Teknologi, Senai, Johor, Malaysia, with a possibility of conversion to permanent upon client decision.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting, at least 5 years of experience including supervisory roles, strong English skills, and proficiency in SAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably as Supervisor or Assistant Finance Manager.
• Fluent English is required.
• Strong leadership and management abilities are essential.
• Solid background in finance and accounting concepts and practices.
• Proficiency in SAP and other financial systems is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the finance team to drive high performance and development.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting operations.

We are urgently seeking Finance Manager that will lead and manage the finance team, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and strategic financial planning. This role requires strong leadership, a solid foundation in finance and accounting, and expertise in financial systems, particularly SAP.

Position : Finance Manager
Status : Contract 6 months under PERSOLKELLY Workforce Solutions Malaysia Sdn Bhd & will be converted to Permanent upon client decision.
Location : Taman Teknologi, Senai
Background : Metal Sheet Manufacturer
Working Days : Monday - Friday
Working Hours : 08.30 am – 5.30 pm
Salary : RM 7,500 – RM 8,500
Allowance : Transport RM500
Cut Off and Pay Out : Cut Off by end of month, Pay Out by 7th

Requirement
