Job summary

CAN-CARE HEALTH SYSTEMS (M) SDN BHD is seeking an Assistant Finance Manager on a 6-month contract to manage the accounting and finance functions for Singapore and Malaysia entities. The role covers group reporting, monthly consolidation, cash flow forecasting, and preparation of management information.

You will work with the General Manager on financial planning, budgeting, and performance analysis, while supporting Sales & Marketing on pricing, quotations, and contracts.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent.
• 4–5 years of relevant finance and accounting experience.
• Experience in Group reporting, consolidation, and cash flow management preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Work closely with the General Manager on financial planning, budgeting, business performance analysis, and strategic initiatives.

Provide support to the Sales & Marketing team, including pricing, quotations, billing, invoicing, and contract-related matters.

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, GST regulations, Group policies, and internal controls.

Liaise with auditors, bankers, tax agents, and corporate secretarial service providers on finance-related matters.

Requirements:

Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent.

Minimum 4-5 years of relevant finance and accounting experience.

Experience in Group reporting, consolidation, and cash flow management preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
