Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is partnering with a premier real estate and hospitality investment group to recruit an ambitious Assistant Finance Manager (Contract) for the Malaysian team. You will lead the Shared Service finance Executives, oversee end-to-end financial and management reporting for entities across Australia and Singapore, and coordinate month-end close with rigorous balance sheet reconciliations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance; active professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, MIA, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
• Minimum 5-6 years of experience in financial accounting.

Responsibilities

• Lead, guide, and supervise Executives and Senior Executives within the Shared Service finance team to foster a high-performance culture.
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of accurate, timely financial and management reporting for designated entities across Australia and Singapore.
• Coordinate month-end closing activities and rigorously review balance sheet reconciliations to ensure strict compliance and accuracy.
