Job summary

Bright Skill Asia is seeking a Finance & Accounts Manager to lead and hands-on manage the finance function for a growing EPCC business focused on Solar PV, BESS, and related infrastructure projects. You will supervise a lean team, drive management reporting, and ensure robust cash flow management and project accounting.

Qualifications

• Hands-on leadership of finance team and processes.
• Experience with EPCC or project-based accounting environments.
• Knowledge of revenue recognition for construction projects.
• Strong governance, controls, and audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts and present findings.
• Lead month-end and quarter-end close processes with accuracy.
• Oversee project-based accounting, WIP schedules, and cost tracking.
• Manage cash-flow forecasting and banking relationships.
• Coordinate statutory, tax, and regulatory compliance and audits.
• Support top management with financial analysis and decision making.
• Provide coaching and development to junior finance staff.
