Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor project expenditures and budget utilization.
• Maintain project financial records and documentation.
• Prepare monthly financial summaries and reports.
• Track operational and construction-related expenses.
• Process supplier invoices and subcontractor claims.
• Verify supporting documents before payment submission.
• Coordinate payment approvals with management.
• Track payment schedules and outstanding claims.
• Coordinate payroll records for project workforce.
• Monitor project cash flow and assist in cost forecasting.
