Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant working experience in accounting and finance.
• Must have experience handling full set of accounts.
• Must have working experience in an audit firm.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with accounting software Odoo or ERP System is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of SST and e-Invoice is an added advantage.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Responsible, organized, detail-oriented and able to work independently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Willing to take on additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
• Fluent in speaking and writing on Mandarin, Malay & English to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts, including daily accounting and finance operations, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and accounting schedules.
• Perform bank reconciliation and ensure transactions are properly recorded.
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on receivables when required.
• Assist with monthly closing and preparation of management accounts.
• Ensure all accounting transactions comply with company policies and procedures.
• Assist in preparing documents and information required for audits, tax matters, and statutory submissions.
• Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, customers, auditors, and other relevant parties on accounting matters.
• Perform any other accounting and finance-related duties assigned by management.
