Job summary

FLOWHUB LOGISTICS (M) SDN. BHD is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage the full set of accounts, including AP, AR, GL and month-end closing, in a busy Johor Iskandar Puteri office.

The role covers SST, e-Invoice and other statutory requirements, payroll processing, EPF/SOCSO/EIS & PCB submissions, bank reconciliations and daily accounting administration, with collaboration with auditors and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL and month-end closing
• Prepare financial reports and ensure accurate accounting records
• Handle SST, e-Invoice and other statutory requirements
• Manage payroll and statutory submissions including EPF, SOCSO, EIS & PCB
• Perform bank reconciliation, payment processing and accounts reconciliation
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records
• Handle day-to-day administrative and office support duties
• Liaise with suppliers, customers, auditors and relevant parties when required
• Assist management with ad-hoc accounting and administrative tasks
