Job summary

Hytech, a leading management consulting firm, seeks a Group Finance Manager to support the Financial Controller across regional operations. You will lead IFRS-based financial reporting, group consolidation, and governance, shaping scalable finance processes and controls.

You will partner with Treasury, Tax, Legal and business teams to drive accuracy, policy interpretation, and cross-jurisdiction expansion, while mentoring the regional finance group to uphold high standards of stewardship.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or controllership.
• Experience with group consolidations and multi-entity operations.
• Strong IFRS knowledge and technical accounting skills.
• English and Chinese communication with stakeholders across markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly and annual close for regional entities and consolidate financial statements under IFRS.
• Oversee intercompany accounting, policy interpretation, and financial governance across jurisdictions.
• Design and improve internal controls and finance processes, driving automation and efficiency.
• Partner with Treasury, Tax, Legal and regional teams to support expansion, new entity setup and M&A integration.
