Job summary

Hytech, a leading management consulting firm with regional presence, seeks a Senior Account Executive to manage full-spectrum accounting across ledgers, payables, and bank transactions. The role focuses on timely monthly closes, accurate reporting, and robust record-keeping in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Banking with at least 3 years of experience in accounting or audits, preferably in Banking/Finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in full sets of accounts or audit; banking/finance experience is a plus.
• Strong MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, IF).

Responsibilities

• Manage the full spectrum of accounting (general ledger, accounts payable, bank transactions).
• Oversee monthly close processes and ensure timely submissions of accounts/reports.
• Maintain structured filing and accounting records.
• Manage forecast and budget processes.
• Analyze SOPs and drive process improvements.
• Prepare and review balance sheets, bank and intercompany reconciliations.
• Provide variance analysis and financial reports for follow-up.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax agents and regulators during year-end work.
• Handle daily operations and ad-hoc management requests.
