Job summary

PERSOL Business Service is seeking a Finance Operations professional in Kuala Lumpur to manage payroll processing, procurement transactions, and integrity of financial data. You will support end-to-end PO management, invoicing, vendor maintenance, and assist in month-end close and reporting with strong attention to detail.

You will also validate timesheets, resolve payroll discrepancies, and act as a contact for escalations while coaching junior team members and contributing to process

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years in finance operations, payroll, procurement, or accounts payable.
• Experience with purchase orders creation and invoicing.
• Knowledge of timesheet validation and payroll-related processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in payroll systems.
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage and review payroll processing and procurement transactions for accuracy.
• Support end-to-end PO management, invoicing, and vendor maintenance.
• Review and validate financial data before processing.
• Monitor outstanding transactions and meet SLAs.
• Support month-end and year-end closings and reporting.
• Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Serve as backup to Team Lead and assist onboarding/training.
