SK intellix Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Associate to support day-to-day accounting duties in Kuala Lumpur. You will process supplier invoices, handle payment vouchers, and assist in month-end closing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, with at least 2 years' relevant experience. Proficiency in Excel, strong communication, and the ability to work both independently and with the team are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• Min 2 years relevant experience preferred; fresh grads encouraged.
• Audit experience will be an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Mansioni

• Process supplier invoices, payment vouchers, staff claims, and other payment-related documents in accordance with company policies.
• Prepare and monitor payment schedules to ensure timely payments to suppliers while maintaining good relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate supplier master data, perform supplier statement reconciliations, and investigate discrepancies.
• Handle daily accounting operations including treasury activities, bank reconciliations, journal entries, intercompany transactions, and general duties.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing with timely recording of transactions and prepared schedules.
• Support AP processes by reviewing transactions and monitoring outstanding balances for internal controls.
• Prepare financial reports, analyses, and supporting documentation for management reporting.
