SK Intellix Malaysia SDN BHD. is seeking an accounting professional to manage AP processes, prepare payment schedules, and maintain supplier data. You will also handle treasury tasks, bank reconciliations, and journal entries, supporting month-end and year-end closings.

The role requires attention to detail, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team. Fresh graduates are welcome and audit experience is an advantage.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred; fresh graduates welcome.
• Audit experience is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and proficiency in Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Process supplier invoices, payment vouchers, staff claims and other payment documents.
• Prepare and monitor payment schedules for timely supplier payments.
• Maintain supplier master data; perform reconciliations; investigate discrepancies.
• Handle treasury activities, bank reconciliations, journal entries and intercompany transactions.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing with timely supporting schedules.
• Support AP processes by reviewing transactions and monitoring outstanding balances.
• Prepare financial reports and supporting documentation for management.
