Qualifications

• Currently in final year of a university degree or recently graduated in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a closely related field.
• Academic Performance: CGPA 3.5+ or 3.3+ with relevant experience.
• English Proficiency: Strong English communication (min B2). CVs in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial reconciliations with partners following procedures.
• Review completed reconciliations for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist with analyzing outstanding accounts payable balances and reviewing AP alerts.
• Audit financial documentation in Box for report availability and compliance.
• Review financial reports for accuracy and consistency.
• Assist with updating accounts payable and accounts receivable workflows and documentation.
• Maintain Finance Operations documentation in Confluence.
• Document reconciliation procedures, learnings, discrepancies, and potential improvements.
• Support team with recurring financial operations tasks and other duties.
