Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Banking, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Able to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Willing to learn and work independently or in a team.

• Minimum internship duration of 6 months is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily data entry and updating transaction details in the system.
• Check and verify payment details, transaction references, and supporting documents.
• Assist in reviewing customer documents to ensure information is accurate and complete.
• Support the team in tracking pending transactions and missing documents.
• Assist with basic payment reconciliation and identifying transaction discrepancies.
• Maintain proper filing and organisation of transaction records and documents.
• Prepare and update daily reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Coordinate with internal teams to follow up on pending cases when required.
• Perform other administrative and operational tasks assigned by the supervisor.
