Mruncit Commerce Sdn Bhd is seeking a Support Intern for the Operations Support Group. You will handle daily user enquiries via WhatsApp and email, assist the Finance team with reconciliation and verification, and help monitor transactions to ensure accuracy.

As an intern, you will gain experience in data screening, monthly reporting, dealer onboarding, refunds processing, and cross‑functional collaboration with product and finance teams.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a related degree in business, finance, or accounting.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily user enquiries via WhatsApp and email.
• Assist Finance with reconciliation and transaction verification.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing transactions for accuracy.
• Perform data screening and transaction checks.
• Assist in compiling monthly reports and dealer onboarding.
• Support Product with transaction-related enquiries.
• Process refunds and balance adjustments following procedures.
