Job summary

HFG (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking an Finance Operations Executive / Senior Executive to manage day-to-day transactional finance activities in a shared services setup. The role covers AP, T&E, cash management, intercompany, fixed assets, and lease accounting, ensuring timely processing and strong internal controls.

The incumbent will support month-end close, reconciliation, and documentation, with opportunities to drive process improvements and automation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
Good command of English; proficiency in Cantonese with ability to read Chinese
Executive: 1–3 years of relevant experience in finance operations
Senior Executive: 3–5 years of relevant experience in finance operations
Experience in AP, T&E, cash management, reconciliations, intercompany, fixed assets and/or lease accounting
Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, Coupa, Workday, OneStream or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Execute day-to-day transactional and operational finance activities in a shared services environment.
Process Accounts Payable activities: invoice receipt, validation, processing, payment support and vendor maintenance.
Process Travel & Expense claims and reimbursements; manage corporate card administration and reconciliations.
Support cash management, intercompany accounting and month-end close processes.
Perform reconciliation of bank statements and ensure compliance with internal controls.
