Job summary

OCBC Group in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a high-caliber OPEX Finance Analyst to drive consolidation of operating expenses at division level, coordinating with HOD, Group Risk Management, Finance and Business Units to align with bank objectives.

You will monitor headcount/MRF movements, review KPI and initiatives, and support division processes to boost productivity, while leveraging MS Office skills and strong communication to ensure deck accuracy.

Qualifications

• At least 5-8 years of working experience in banking
• Degree in Business Studies or related discipline
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical, written and communication abilities

Responsibilities

• Drive consolidation and discussion on the division’s Operating Expenses Budget with stakeholders
• Monitor OPEX at division level and escalate unusual charges
• Ensure OPEX is within OP26
• Consolidate and review division KPI and strategic initiatives
• Review Committee decks before CRO final review
• Manage headcount/MRF movements within the division
• Coordinate and oversee division-level process improvement projects
