Job summary

OCBC Bank (Malaysia) Berhad is seeking an experienced Finance professional to provide Business Financial Insights and control oversight for Consumer Financial Services. You will support budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting while driving finance transformation initiatives across regional markets.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in FP&A or related roles within banking, strong Excel/Access skills, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset to improve processes and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 3+ years in FP&A, financial reporting, or data analysis in banking preferred.
• Experience in shared services or regional finance advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Data integrity & management for consolidated financial/non-financial data across markets.
• Prepare and analyze consolidated GCFS performance reports with variance insights.
• Standardize budgeting across markets; manage budgets and forecasts.
• Participate in finance transformation and new reporting system rollout.
• Identify opportunities to automate workflows and improve reporting.
