Job summary

Yee Lee Corporation Bhd is seeking a skilled Finance/Accounts professional to manage trade claims from vendors and perform month-end close tasks. The role requires 5+ years of relevant experience and proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.

The incumbent will coordinate with branches and the marketing team on trade claim matters and support general accounting processes. Training provided; growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Business Studies or equivalent with minimum 5 years working experience.
• Proficient in computerized accounting software, MS Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Managing trade claims from vendors including tracking, reconciliation, document compilation and filing.
• Ensure timely submission of month-end and year-end reports.
• Liaise with branches and marketing for trade claim matters.
• Experience in inter-branch accounting transactions is an added advantage.
• Other duties as assigned from time to time.

Job Responsibilities:

The incumbent is responsible for managing trade claim from vendor including tracking, reconciliation, document compilation, issuance of accounting documents and filling.

Ensure timely submission of reports for month end/year end closing and management reporting purposes.

Liaise with branches and marketing department for matter pertaining to trade claim

Experience in handling inter-branches accounting transaction will be added advantage.

Other duties as assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Business Studies or equivalent with minimum 5 years working experiences.

Knowledge in computerized accounting software, MS Excel, Word and Outlook.

Good command in both written & spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is an advantaged.

A team player with good interpersonal, communication skill & work inteam.

Meticulous, sense of urgency and responsible.

Able to work independently under minimum supervision and positive attitude.

On job training will be provided.

Willing to learn new system and growth together with company.
