Mandarin Oriental Desaru Coast is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the finance department, ensuring accurate recording of accounting data and adherence to policies. The role drives financial reporting, budgeting, and control in a luxury hotel setting.

Successful candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance, 5–7 years in finance, and hospitality experience. Supervisory background and knowledge of hotel finance systems are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5–7 years of relevant Finance/Accounting experience.
• Hospitality industry experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory or management experience in a hotel or resort is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead, influence and develop the finance team with integrity.
• Oversee internal, external and regulatory audits.
• Prepare monthly closings and financial statements per policy.
• Coordinate annual operating budgets and forecasts with departments.
• Maintain general ledger controls and accurate financial reporting.
