Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Desaru Coast invites applications for a Finance Supervisor – Income Audit & Credit who will oversee daily income audit, credit control, and month-end processes to ensure revenue is recorded accurately and collected timely.

You will lead a small team, ensure compliance with internal controls, and drive improvements across PMS, POS and accounting systems while coordinating with hotel departments to minimise revenue leakage.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in hotel finance or similar.
• Experience in income audit, accounts receivable and credit control preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily income audit to ensure accurate revenue reporting.
• Reconcile revenue across PMS, POS and General Ledger.
• Monitor accounts receivable, credit limits and follow up on overdue balances.
• Assist month-end closing for income and receivables.
• Maintain internal controls and audit trails for transactions.
• Supervise and coach Income Audit / Accounts Receivable team.
