Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Desaru Coast is seeking a Finance Supervisor – Income Audit & Credit to lead the daily income audit and credit control functions within our Finance Department in Malaysia. The role covers validating revenue from all outlets, reconciling systems, and managing accounts receivable with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant hotel finance experience.
• Previous supervisory experience in hotel or hospitality environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily income audit and credit control processes to ensure revenue accuracy and proper recording.
• Supervise verification of daily revenue across Front Office, F&B, Spa, and other departments.
• Review Accounts Receivable aging and follow up on overdue balances with departments and customers.
• Assist month-end closing related to income audit and receivables with accurate postings.
• Maintain strong internal controls and audit trails; support internal/external audits.
