Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group Limited is seeking an Accounts Receivable Officer to join the Finance Department at Desaru Coast. This on-site role handles daily AR activities, billing, and collections to support cash flow and compliance with internal controls.

The successful candidate will have a Diploma/Degree in Accounting or Finance and 2–3 years of AR experience in hospitality, with strong Excel and English communication skills, enabling accurate customer account management and collaboration

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or degree in accounting or finance is required.
• 2–3 years in accounts receivable or similar role.
• Experience with hotel accounting systems is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Aufgaben

• Manage daily accounts receivable function and ensure accurate recording.
• Maintain accurate customer and company accounts in the system.
• Process and post payments, receipts, and other AR transactions.
• Review supporting documents and ensure timely invoicing.
• Monitor overdue balances and follow up on collections.
• Perform reconciliations and assist with month-end close.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and hotel policies.
