Mandarin Oriental, Desaru Coast is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the Finance Department and ensure accurate accounting, timely reporting, and compliance with global standards.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, oversight of audits, budgeting, forecasting, and reliable financial controls. You will collaborate with hotel operations and corporate finance to drive performance and guest experience.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent would be an advantage.
• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in Finance or Accounting, preferably within the hospitality industry.

• Lead, oversee, and integrate the Finance department’s operations.
• Oversee internal, external and regulatory audit processes.
• Ensure timely, accurate financial reporting and month-end closing.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
