Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific is seeking a Manager – Fund Accounting (IA&R) in Kuala Lumpur to oversee a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely reporting and strict adherence to SLAs. You will prepare fund, Holdco and SPV statements, review financials, and support consolidation and capital calls.

You will lead a team of 4, coach the KL BSO staff, and liaise with auditors and tax advisors to ensure IFRS compliance and accurate cashflow analytics in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA or CPA Australia or equivalent) preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to deliver solutions within tight timeframes.
• Analytical with good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage service delivery for a portfolio of clients and meet SLAs.
• Prepare Fund/Holdco and SPV reporting and financial statements.
• Review financial statements prepared by local accountants and provide coaching.
• Coordinate consolidation and capital calls/distributions and waterfall calculations.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and liaise with auditors and tax advisors.
• Lead a team of 4 in KL BSO office and support onboarding of new portfolios.
