Job summary

CBRE is seeking an Assistant Manager, Finance with consolidation experience to support APAC reporting and client finance deliverables. You will prepare Fund/Holdco and SPV financial statements, review consolidated results, and provide bespoke analysis including cash flow reports.

You will collaborate with local accountants and the KL service center, ensuring IFRS compliance, efficient intercompany processes, and timely KPI-driven reporting for multiple clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in consolidating group accounts and preparation of IFRS financial statements.
• Stakeholder-facing reporting experience with clients.
• Experience reviewing accounting work and ensuring accuracy across multiple entities.

Responsibilities

• Involve in client communication and ensure delivery of reporting for allocated client portfolio across APAC region.
• Prepare Fund/Holdco and SPV reporting and financial statements per client requirements.
• Prepare consolidation accounts as needed.
• Provide bespoke financial analysis reporting per client requirements (e.g., cashflow reporting).
• Review financial statements and analysis prepared by local accountants.
• Review KL service center team’s accounting and provide coaching as necessary.
• Support the fund’s team with financial analysis.
• Prepare annual standalone and consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS and liaise with auditors.
• Capital call/distribution calculations, waterfall/performance fee calculations, and cashflow management coordination.
• Ensure SLAs and KPIs are met; support the payment process and draft intercompany loan agreements.
• Perform data review and analytics on PropCo/HoldCo data; liaise with 3rd party providers.
• Assist onboarding of new clients/portfolios from accounting perspective.
• Highlight potential process improvements with the Director.
