Job summary

• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA/CPA Australia or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Part of client communication and ensure delivery of reporting for allocated client portfolio across APAC region.
• Prepare Fund/Holdco and SPV reporting and financial statements, including management fee calculation.
• Prepare consolidation accounts as needed.
• Provide bespoke financial analysis reporting per client needs (e.g., cashflow reporting).
• Review financial statements and analyses prepared by local accountants.
• Review KL service center team’s accounting and coach as needed.
• Support fund’s team with financial analysis.
• Prepare annual standalone and consolidated financial statements per IFRS and liaise with auditors.
• Handle capital calls/distributions, waterfall/fee calculations, and cashflow management with tax advisor.
