CBRE Asia Pacific in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for Investment Accounting & Reporting. You will manage complete accounting cycles, prepare client financial statements and ensure precise reporting for a diverse property portfolio.

The role requires strong analytical and math skills, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to work within standardized procedures to meet deadlines. A degree with relevant experience is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.
• Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
• Advanced math skills for complex calculations (percentages, fractions).

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and post intermediate to advanced accounting transactions for client financial statements.
• Create and post journal entries and ensure expenses, receipts, owner distributions and funding requests are accurate.
• Prepare and review financial packages for accuracy and timely client delivery.
• Review funding and payment requests for accuracy and documentation.
• Resolve complex issues from management teams and clients regarding accounting reports.
• Maintain and report benchmarks and performance metrics.
