Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a finance professional to support APAC client portfolios with IFRS reporting, fund and SPV statements, and consolidation work.

You will prepare standalone and consolidated financials, perform cashflow and management fee calculations, review work of local accountants, coach the KL service center, and assist in onboarding new clients while ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met.

Qualifications

• A professional accounting qualification (ACCA/CPA Australia or equivalent) is essential.
