Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Financial Analyst (Finance/Accounting) to provide accounting and financial reporting services under global control policies, procedures and integrated solutions that maximize portfolio insights for our clients.

You will handle AP/AR/GL, ensure compliance with SOX and SSC processes, maintain an e-filing system for documents, respond to queries, and complete monthly closing activities accurately.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of working experience in relevant field welcome, fresh graduates considered.
• Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure.
• Team player with results orientation and commitment.
• Analytical mindset with ability to identify issues and resolve them.
• Fluent in English with comfortable interaction across regional/cultural styles.
• Proficient computer skills, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Handle the functions of Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable / General Ledger.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOX requirements, and SSC processes.
• Establish and maintain an e-filing system for correspondence and documents.
• Provide timely solutions to internal and external customer queries.
• Complete monthly closing activities in a timely, accurate manner.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
