Ambition in Malaysia is seeking a Finance Manager to own the finance function in Glenmarie, Selangor. You will lead the finance team, manage accounting and reporting, and shape financial strategy in a fast-moving payments company.

You will partner with senior leadership on budgeting, cash flow, and strategic initiatives, with a performance bonus and strong growth potential in the long term.

Qualificações

• Degree in Accounting or equivalent; MIA membership or finalist MICPA/CIMA/ACCA.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year in supervision.
• Prior experience in payments/fintech; strong knowledge of MFRS/IFRS and Malaysian tax rules.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the finance team across accounting, management reporting, credit, and treasury.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual management accounts in line with MFRS.
• Support performance reviews, cash flow planning, budgeting, and board-level reporting.
• Review daily settlement reports with merchants and card scheme partners.
• Contribute to new product discussions, providing financial risk and accounting input.
• Liaise with external auditors and tax agents for audits and tax compliance.
