We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Finance Assistant Manager to be the right hand to our Head of Finance. In the fast-moving world of payments, accuracy is our foundation. Regulatory Submissions: Support the timely preparation of essential reports for Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) and card schemes.
3. Process Governance & Improvement
Internal Controls: Maintain and strengthen our financial governance by identifying workflow gaps and suggesting practical, common-sense fixes.
Operational Support: Help evaluate the accounting treatment for new product features and work with other departments to find simple ways to improve cost efficiency.

Industry Knowledge: Experience in fintech or the payment industry is a definite plus.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting systems (e.g., Sage 300 or Access UBS).
The Right Mindset: You are proactive. You don’t just flag a problem; you bring a suggested solution to the Head of Finance.
Why Join Us?
Growth Environment: Be part of an expanding fintech company where your career can grow alongside our business.
Team Culture: Work in a collaborative, high-performing environment where the finance team is a valued partner to the business.
Direct Exposure: Get hands-on experience with complex payment ecosystems and strategic projects that go far beyond traditional bookkeeping.
