Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent.
• CPA/ACCA or equivalent certification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate finance, with consolidation exposure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare consolidated financial statements for the group.
• Oversee consolidation process and intercompany eliminations.
• Coordinate with subsidiary finance teams for timely and accurate reporting.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting for the group.
• Ensure statutory reporting compliance and liaise with external auditors.
• Lead and mentor the group finance team and review monthly accounts.
