Job summary

ROYCE PHARMA MANUFACTURING SDN BHD in Malaysia is seeking a seasoned finance leader to oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts and statutory financial reporting in line with MFRS and company policies. You will ensure ledger integrity, drive budgeting and forecasting across departments, and maintain robust ERP governance while upholding strict confidentiality and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the timely preparation, review and submission of monthly, quarterly and annual management accounts and financial statements in accordance with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS), applicable laws and Company policies.
• Ensure the integrity, completeness and accuracy of the general ledger, subsidiary ledgers, reconciliations, journal entries and financial master data.
• Coordinate the annual budget, periodic forecasts, cash-flow projections and long-range financial planning across all departments.
• Ensure timely and accurate compliance with corporate tax, SST, withholding tax, e-Invoicing and other applicable statutory or regulatory requirements.
• Lead the annual statutory audit and support internal, tax, customer, regulatory and due-diligence reviews by ensuring records are complete and readily available.
• Maintain effective use and governance of the ERP/accounting system, including user access, master data, interfaces and financial closing processes.
• Set and monitor departmental objectives, work plans and KPIs while ensuring timely completion of finance deliverables.
• Approve or endorse finance transactions and documents within the approved Delegation of Authority and Company policies.
• Observe all Company policies, financial procedures, ethical standards and applicable laws and regulations.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of payroll, banking, pricing, commercial, employee and financial information.
• Comply with relevant Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), quality, safety, security and data-protection requirements applicable to the role.
