Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• Strong Treasury and Cash Management experience is essential (cash flow, liquidity, banking, FX, funding).
• MIA qualification is preferred; candidates without MIA but planning to pursue are encouraged to apply.
• Proven leadership capability, stakeholder management and growth mindset.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills with good commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily treasury activities including cash positioning and cash flow forecasting.

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team in Meru, Selangor on a full-time basis. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations and treasury functions of the organisation, ensuring accuracy, compliance and strategic financial planning. The Finance Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the company's growth objectives and maintaining robust financial controls across all areas of the business.

Key responsibilities

Treasury & Cash Management

• Lead daily treasury activities covering cash positioning, cash flow forecasting, liquidity and funding management.
• Monitor FX exposure, banking facilities and surplus funds while ensuring compliance with approved treasury policies.
• Manage banking relationships and prepare treasury reports to provide visibility on cash, funding and financial risks.
• Support monthly financial reporting, management accounts and financial analysis to provide timely insights to management.
• Monitor working capital, cash conversion and key financial performance indicators.
• Work closely with Finance and business teams to identify financial issues and support business decision-making.
• Monitor receivables, ageing, collection performance and customer credit exposure to support healthy cash flow.
• Ensure compliance with credit policies, treasury controls and financial risk management practices.
• Work with Sales, Operations and Finance teams to resolve collection issues and improve cash conversion.
• Lead, coach and develop the treasury/finance team, setting clear expectations and driving accountability.
• Strengthen treasury SOPs, controls, reporting and processes to improve efficiency and governance.
• Drive process improvement, automation and system enhancements while collaborating effectively with key stakeholders.
