AIS is seeking an experienced Treasury Manager to join our team based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This is a key role responsible for managing Group liquidity, banking relationships and financial risk activities, ensuring the business has the funding and treasury support required to achieve its strategic objectives.
What will you do as a Treasury Manager?
Own and maintain Group cash flow forecasting, ensuring adequate liquidity to meet operational and strategic requirements.
Monitor cash positions, identify funding risks and opportunities, and provide regular treasury reporting and analysis.
Manage day-to-day banking operations, including bank accounts, mandates, payment approvals and banking platforms.
Maintain relationships with banking partners and support financing, refinancing and facility renewal activities.
Manage foreign exchange exposures, hedging activities and treasury risk management processes.
Monitor compliance with lending facility covenants and prepare associated reporting and lender information requirements.
Develop, maintain and enhance treasury policies, controls and governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements.
Partner with finance and operational teams to optimise working capital, cash generation and liquidity performance.
Provide treasury expertise and support budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning activities across the Group.
Drive continuous improvement in treasury processes, systems and reporting.
What are we looking for in our Treasury Manager?
Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) or ACT qualified / studying towards an ACT qualification.
Relevant treasury management experience within a corporate environment.
Strong experience in cash flow forecasting, liquidity management and treasury operations.
Knowledge of banking platforms, payment approval processes and treasury controls.
Understanding of FX hedging, debt facilities and covenant compliance.
Experience working within a multi-entity and/or international business environment is desirable.
Strong analytical, financial modelling and reporting skills, with advanced Excel capability.
Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to work independently, manage priorities and solve problems effectively.
Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to decision-making.

Working hours, 10am to 7pm (allows for a 4-hour UK crossover).
