Job summary

INNIO GROUP SDN. BHD. is seeking a Finance Manager to lead financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance within a dynamic environment. The role focuses on month-end close, audit coordination, cash flow management, and advisory to senior management.

You will manage a finance team, ensure statutory compliance under Malaysian standards, and drive robust internal controls and processes. Strong accounting background and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of relevant finance and accounting experience.
• Experience in Finance Manager or senior finance role.
• Knowledge of Malaysian accounting, taxation, statutory, compliance requirements.
• Hands-on experience in month-end and year-end closing, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, audit.
• Experience with MFRS / MPERS, SST, LHDN requirements.
• LHDN E-Invoice implementation and compliance is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial management skills.
• Leadership and people-management capabilities.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full month-end and year-end closing process.
• Prepare accurate and timely monthly management accounts within 7 working days.
• Review financial statements, schedules, reconciliations, and accounting entries.
• Ensure financial reporting is accurate, complete, and compliant with applicable accounting standards.
• Prepare statutory financial statements in accordance with MFRS / MPERS, where applicable.
• Coordinate and manage the annual external audit process.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, and other professional advisors.
• Ensure timely compliance with Malaysian statutory and tax requirements.
• Prepare and maintain rolling cash flow forecasts.
• Monitor cash positions, liquidity, receivables, payables, and working capital.

About you
