You will manage cash flow, liquidity, banking relationships and FX exposure, while supporting monthly reporting and strategic decision-making. The role emphasizes strong leadership, analytics and process improvements to strengthen governance across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• Strong Treasury and Cash Management experience is essential (cash flow, liquidity, banking, FX, funding).
• MIA qualification is preferred; candidates without MIA but planning to pursue are encouraged to apply.
• Proven leadership capability, stakeholder management and growth mindset.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills with good commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily treasury activities including cash positioning and cash flow forecasting.
• Monitor FX exposure, banking facilities and treasury compliance.
• Prepare treasury reports to provide visibility on cash, funding and financial risks.
• Support monthly financial reporting, management accounts and financial analysis.
• Monitor working capital, cash conversion and key financial performance indicators.
• Drive process improvements, automation and governance in treasury/finance.
