Job summary

Scicom Intl in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Executive - Finance to manage invoicing, debit/credit notes, quotations and receipts while maintaining accurate accounting records. You will coordinate billing documents with internal teams and support audit activities.

The role requires English and Malay fluency, MS Office proficiency, and a proactive multitasking mindset in a fast-paced environment. Fresh graduates are welcome; 1–2 years of experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree / Higher Diploma in Accounting, Finance.
• 1–2 years of accounting or related field experience; fresh grads welcome.
• Proficient in MS Office; especially Excel and Word.
• Able to read, write and speak English and Malay; good communication.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely preparation of invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and quotations.
• Verify invoices have complete details and are checked when needed.
• Prepare invoices and maintain records in the Invoice/Quotations Checklist.
• Follow up on pending documents from Accounts Payable or service providers.
• Enter invoices and cash receipts into the accounting system accurately.
• Obtain headcount listings and verifications signed off by Head of Operations.
• Ensure invoices are delivered on time via courier or hand with proper notes.
• Prepare official receipts and file invoices and receipts.
• Resolve discrepancies by reviewing relevant documents.
• Handle administrative tasks like filing, photocopying and scanning.
• Assist with audit work and perform ad hoc duties as required.
