Job summary

Inter Island Group is seeking an Accounts Executive (Fresh Graduate or Junior) in Kuala Lumpur to manage a full set of company accounts including GL, cash book, bank reconciliations and statutory reporting. You will prepare journal entries and assist with audit adjustments while supporting day-to-day finance tasks such as invoicing, banking, and filing.

Qualifications

• Possess Degree in Accounting.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Responsible, willing to learn, meticulous and able to work independently.
• Computer literate with MS Office; knowledge of Autocount software is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts including General Ledger, Cash Book, Bank Reconciliation, Petty Cash, Account Receivable, Account Payable, Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet.
• Prepare Journal Entries and Audit Adjustments.
• Assist in day-to-day finance activities including data entries, preparing sale invoices, delivery orders, banking, operations and account filing.
• Support other ad hoc duties assigned by the Superior.
